| Job Description Under general supervision and as part of the wireless site development team, Leasing Managers are responsible for supporting project team(s) with an emphasis in real estate and site acquisition. This position is non-supervisory. |

| Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Must possess a real estate license or have ability to quickly acquire it • Experience in real estate and/or outside sales • Ability to operate hand tools, i.e. Global Positioning System (GPS), etc. • Computer literate; intermediate knowledge level with Microsoft Office • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills • Customer services skills and/or sales skills • Ability to work independently, in a team environment • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong interpersonal skills • Must be detail-oriented and organized • Must possess a valid driver's license • Knowledge and experience of real estate principals, rules, regulations and contracts pertaining to the acquisition of right-of- ways, licenses, permits and other land |

| Duties and Responsibilities • Determine client's real estate requirements • Research and locate real estate to meet client's needs • Conduct on-line property research and analysis • Negotiate real estate contracts • Research property rights • Cure title issues • Interpret real property terminology • Resolve minor contract issues • Local travel required. • Perform other duties as required and assigned |
