- Keith Pinter - Chairman

Through a career spanning 20 yrs in telecommunication and technology markets, Mr. Pinter brings executive level experience in strategic, operational and financial roles, with specific emphasis in customer/external facing operations. His expertise includes creating new markets/products to expand core technologies, commercializing innovative products, accelerating market penetration via strategic partnerships and customer intimacy as well as restructuring operations to optimize strategic assets.
Mr. Pinter began his career in the communications industry, spending the first decade in progressive management positions, ultimately leading to serving as the youngest director within Ameritech ($13B organization), where he managed a 400+ person organization with P&L responsibility for an $80m budget.
During his tenure at Ameritech, he is credited with increasing wireless market share from 39% to 63% through innovative channel design, accelerated adoption of advanced wireless applications and market segmentation initiatives. These initiatives also resulted in a significant reduction of customer acquisition costs and an increase in customer satisfaction.
After Ameritech, in his role as Vice President, he built the largest private national tier one Internet Service Provider, Epoch Internet. Through re-engineering of its strategic value chain, re-positioning the company, creating solution-oriented channels of distribution and developing a novel product/pricing model, he increased revenues from $6m to $29m. After which he focused on a restructuring effort that yielded a reduction of operating expenditures in excess of 40%, enabling the company to be sold in 2005.
Then, through partnering with select Fortune 100 companies in the financial and healthcare industries, as Executive Vice President for X-Drive (B2C dot-com) he developed and commercialized an enterprise class storage virtualization product suite and business grade support organization as well as assisting in raising $50m from strategic investors.
In 2001, Mr. Pinter was recruited to serve as president of Lido Capital Holdings where he acquired and managed a portfolio of organizations providing advisory and restructuring services to the telecommunications and utility markets for client including SBC, Sierra Pacific, LADWP and Verizon. The scope of the firm’s venture projects ranged from backing the first MAN Wi-Fi deployment to the $1.1B LBO of RBOC assets.
In 2006, as part of his international MBA, in an effort to capitalize on industry discontinuities in telecommunications by providing socially responsible services to impacted communities, with industry veteran and former VP of OSP engineering & construction for Qwest, he co-founded Matrix Group International, which he sold in 2009.
Mr. Pinter graduated in 2007 with a Presidential MBA from Pepperdine University and is committed to the development of human capital with interests including serving as a director at the Institute of HeartMath and Catholic Men’s Fellowship and an advisor to the Milken Institute as well as being actively engaged in his church and children’s schools. - John Koos - Founding Principal

Mr. Koos began his career as a professional urban planner, working for the City of Orange, County of Orange, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and the Southern California Association of Governments. Prior to co-founding Core Development Services, he applied his knowledge and experience to the wireless industry. At Whalen & Company, he served as the leading entitlements manager and then senior project manager, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of professionals managing site acquisition through construction.
Over the past decade, clients have turned to him when they’ve needed seemingly impossible land use projects approved. He has also rescued projects heading for denial and transformed them into approvals, including many high profile appeals in the City of Los Angeles and the City of Santa Monica. Additionally, John has been instrumental in working with city staffs to modify city municipal codes in order to serve his clients, including the zoning codes of Los Angeles, Colton, Buena Park, Anaheim and Tustin. Consensus building with affected communities, identification of particular jurisdictional nuances, and long-standing personal and political relationships set John Koos apart from the rest.
Public service is extremely important to John, and he currently serves as the Chair of the City of Brea Planning Commission. He previously served as a City of Anaheim Planning Commissioner from 1998 to 2003 (serving as Chairman in 2001), the Orange County Transportation Authority’s Citizens Advisory Committee from 1999 to 2003 (Vice Chair, 2001-2003) and successfully ran a $111 million school bond campaign for the Anaheim City School District in 2002. John is also a member of the Orange County Public Affairs Association and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. - Arnold Valencia - Founding Principal

Mr. Valencia began working in the commercial real estate industry where he managed commercial acquisition and leasing for large Southern California property owners including Sperry Van Ness and The Abbey Company. He was responsible for all of the real estate lease transactions for a large portfolio of properties throughout Southern California.
Arnold combined volume performance with quality, working with large corporations to municipal jurisdictions into the wireless industry. He worked as the top-leasing manager for Tetra Tech, where he negotiated hundreds of leases for a variety of wireless companies, including Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel Corporation, Sirius Satellite Communications, AT&T Fixed Wireless and Metro PCS. He served as the senior project manager at Tetra Tech, managing large scale, complex wireless projects including Verizon Wireless’ digital launch and Nextel’s national deployment.
Whether working as site development manager or leasing manager responsible for acquisitions, Mr. Valencia’s ability to successfully manage and carry out all operational elements forms the cornerstone of his and Core's success.
Mr. Valencia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. - Alex Hernandez - General Manager – Core Planning Services

Through a career spanning over two decades of general management experience in both public and private organizations, Mr. Hernandez has developed an impressive track record in land acquisition and development projects. In his present capacity as General Manager of Core Planning Services, Alex oversees all land acquisition, entitlement, permitting and post-construction activities for Core’s residential, commercial and private clients.
Prior to joining Core, Alex served as Senior Vice President for TELACU Development, creating an urban in-fill housing division from conception through financing and then managing ongoing operations. Alex was recruited to this position based upon his success at The Olson Company, where as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Orange County, he was integral to Olson being recognized as “America’s 2000 Builder of the Year” by Professional Builder Magazine.
Mr. Hernandez began his professional career, serving as a city planner for the cities of Long Beach, Hermosa Beach and Los Alamitos. From 1986 through 1996, he was responsible for major residential, commercial and light industrial developments.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Urban Planning and Transportation from California State University, Long Beach. He has been a featured speaker at the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, California Redevelopment Association and the Building Industry Association. He currently resides in Irvine, California with his wife and two daughters. - Mark Carney – Director of Development

Over the past two decades, Mr. Carney has developed an impressive leadership track record across variety of telecommunications and related technology organizations, combining process management and personnel development. In his present capacity as Director of Development, Mr. Carney is responsible for all of Core’s production related functions.
Beginning his career as a technical sales professional, he was exposed to various process improvement and outsourcing functions. This deep understanding of business process optimization served as the foundation for his rapid advancement into positions of increased responsibility. Transferring this knowledge to the wireless industry he has developed sites for a variety of wireless companies, including American Tower, Nextel, Mountain Union Telecom, Crown Castle, AT&T Fixed Wireless and Metro PCS.
Whether functioning as a vendor site development manager overseeing sites on behalf of a carrier client, a developer of tower assets for a national tower company or as an internal project manager Mr. Carney’s ability to manage all of the elements associated with consistent execution has been the cornerstone of his and his team’s success.
Mark has demonstrated a unique ability to find solutions through open communication, knowledge sharing, creating learning organizations, and building consensus. He strives to reinforce a commitment to ethics and excellence – respecting his team and understanding that success requires action; he has extensive experience in both creating and implementing high-impact action plans.
Prior to joining Core, Mr. Carney’s experience includes serving as a project manager for American Tower, senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech, where he managed Nextel’s Los Angeles area deployment, Director of Development for the western region of Mountain Union and Crown Castle, and a senior Project Manager for Metro PCS.
Mr. Carney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Investment and Insurance from California State University, Fullerton.
