Renewable

RenewableCore’s always trying to anticipate our clients’ needs. Our LEED-accredited team has been collaborating with a group of industry thought leaders and renewable energy suppliers to answer questions that haven’t even been asked yet.

As a result, we have the capability to design, develop, implement and quantify a sustainability system for our clients’ wireless infrastructures. We’ve already designed an innovative tower that can be powered by a combination of renewable energy alternatives including solar PV, fuel cell and small vertical and horizontal access wind turbines. We’re working on zero carbon emission wireless sites that will offer a lower total cost of ownership than grid-connected sites without sacrificing reliability. And we’re developing several novel grid-connected, but renewable energy-powered, wireless infrastructure concepts that combine renewable energy with traditional energy sources.

The benefit to our clients? We know how to address the complexities associated with the various incentive and regulatory compliance programs in California. We can recommend the most cost effective and appropriate technology for your objectives and can provide alternative ownership structures to optimize incentives and tax structures.

Retail developers may be able to reduce the total cost of ownership by utilizing renewable energy to offset peak demand when considering tenant improvements or new stores. Residential developers may be able to create a more attractive value proposition by going green because it reduces the cost of keeping the homes cool in peak times and because it ensures that the community has wireless and broadband coverage.

And since cities are eager to support green projects, both types of developers can benefit from reduced approval times.
