Arnold Valencia
Founding Principal
Mr. Valencia began his professional career in the commercial real estate industry, where he managed commercial acquisition and leasing for large Southern California property owners including Sperry Van Ness and The Abbey Company. In this capacity, he was responsible for all the real estate lease transactions for a large portfolio of properties throughout southern California.

Leveraging this experience, Mr. Valencia broke into the wireless industry and began to match volume performance with quality. As the top leasing manager for Tetra Tech, Mr. Valencia negotiated hundreds of leases for a large portfolio of wireless companies, including Verizon Wireless, Sprint Nextel Corporation, Sirius Satellite Communications, AT&T Fixed Wireless and Metro PCS.

As Co-Founder of Core Development Services, Mr. Valencia continues to manage large scale, complex wireless projects.
