| Over the past two decades, Mr. Carney has developed an impressive track record of leadership in the telecommunications industry. By combining his skills for process management and personnel development, Mr. Carney has helped guide many telecommunication companies into success. Mr. Carney began his career as a technical sales professional. Through his exposure to various process improvement and outsourcing functions, Mr. Carney developed a deep understanding of effective strategies for business process optimization—serving as the foundation for his rapid advancement into positions of increased responsibility. Once in the wireless industry, Mr. Carney used this experience to develop sites for a variety of wireless companies, including American Tower, Nextel, Mountain Union Telecom, Crown Castle, AT&T Fixed Wireless and Metro PCS.
